Inebriation

Alcohol obviously affects the brain, as do many other chemicals. One becomes intoxicated. The brain will have strange, weird thoughts. One will do strange, weird things. One can make bad moral choices, depending on one's morals. In the meantime, what does the soul do? Does it sit back and think "Christ, not this shit again"? Or is the soul wasted too? Can one have a drunken soul? Does the soul think "Fuck it. Who cares?" Maybe philosophers should investigate these deeper questions.
